Live group sessions are delivered via the Zoom platform.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Instructions for purchasing recorded courses\/meditations\/events:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on \"Add to Cart\".<\/li>\n<li>You will be directed to the shopping cart page, where you click \"Continue\" to finalize your order.<\/li>\n<li>You will be taken to the checkout page, where you enter your billing information.<\/li>\n<li>Here, you also enter a username and password (if you already have an account) to create a new account.
