My goal is to respond accurately and support you in achieving your objectives during the events or individual/group sessions you have chosen to attend. Achieving results also requires your commitment. While I cannot guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the services, I assure you of my dedication to delivering them successfully.
Fees for events and/or individual or group sessions are non-refundable.
The materials and information I provide are strictly for guidance.
PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. is not responsible for any loss of profit, property, health, reputation, or similar damages, regardless of cause, arising from the use of the services provided. My total liability under the contract is limited to the total price paid by you for the services, whether arising from negligence or a breach of contract.
Information shared during events or individual/group sessions is strictly confidential, except in cases where the law requires disclosure.
Confidential information refers to any information related to you that I obtain in connection with providing services and with the fact that I am providing services to you. However, this excludes information that you allow to be published or that you publish yourself.
Participation fees must be paid in advance, meaning before the provision of services, whether for an organized event or an individual/group session. All sessions and events will begin and end on time, regardless of when you register for them.
This website and its owner do not cover costs such as travel, accommodation, living expenses, or any other expenses related to participating in events and/or individual/group sessions.
These costs are your responsibility. PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend access to services until full payment is received.
If you cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee is due and must be paid in full.
Once you request a service, you are immediately responsible for the full fee for that service. If you cancel or fail to attend any session/event for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund, and any outstanding amounts for reserved services remain due and payable.
Participation in sessions and events is personal and may be transferred to another person only with the owner's prior consent.
The owner reserves the right to refuse access to services at her discretion.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. To reschedule an individual session, you must contact us via email. A session is not considered rescheduled or cancelled if you choose to reject the Google event request to add the scheduled date and time to your calendar. If you refuse the Google request to add the session/event to your calendar, it remains valid and payable.
If, for any reason, I am unable to provide the services at the agreed time, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled for a mutually agreed-upon time.
I will provide services with respect, care, professionalism, and kindness. Due to the nature of counselling, I cannot and do not guarantee a specific result. Based on my experience, individuals with an open mind tend to achieve the best results.
If a session needs to be rescheduled, I will give as much attention as possible to the necessary changes. However, I will take reasonable steps to avoid such situations.
The events and individual/group sessions are not intended or recommended as substitutes for professional, legal, medical, psychiatric, or other forms of assistance.
PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any of the services it offers without prior notice. You agree that PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such changes. However, in such cases, PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. will take reasonable steps to inform you promptly of any necessary changes.
When participating in events and individual/group sessions, the information you share must be true, honest, and provided in good faith.
You acknowledge and agree to comply with the law and respect the rights of other participants or representatives of PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L., strictly avoiding fraudulent activities and behaviours that may disturb or potentially disturb others.
Your behavior toward me and other participants must be polite, respectful, and kind. Offensive or hostile behaviour toward me and others is prohibited.
Publishing materials or comments that are defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, violent, threatening, or intended to violate anyone's rights is prohibited. Promoting illegal activities or activities that deceive, harass, cause anxiety, or mislead others is prohibited.
Promoting or selling other participants' products or services during the services offered without my prior consent is prohibited.
If an event or individual/group session is held at a third-party location, you agree to comply with the rules and policies of that location. You also agree to fully reimburse and indemnify me against any claims or actions that cause damage from a third party, including associated costs and expenses, such as professional fees, resulting from your actions or inactions while at a third-party location.
I reserve the right to refuse access to services at my discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. owns all intellectual property rights and all other rights related to the materials and content used in events and individual/group sessions.
You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, selling, or distributing in any way, the content from the materials used during events and/or individual/group sessions.
Materials provided during events and individual/group sessions may only be used for personal purposes and for other uses that I agree to in writing in advance.
You are prohibited from making audio or video recordings of my events or individual/group sessions or of any participants.
You acknowledge and agree that we may occasionally make audio, visual, and/or photographic recordings of the events and group sessions you participate in. You authorize us to use your image and voice in such recordings without requiring your prior consent. We may use, edit, copy, adapt, translate, or add to these recordings to promote future events and group sessions or to create future services and/or products.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before the event or group session starts.

You acknowledge and agree that this agreement represents the entire understanding between us and replaces any prior agreements regarding the provision of services.
The parties agree not to engage in any behaviour or public or private communication intended to or likely to defame the other.
