Any individual who is at least 18 years old or legal entities may register for events and individual and/or group sessions.
If the actions of an individual or legal entity could harm or have harmed PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L., the company reserves the right to restrict registration for events and sessions. Additionally, if the event reaches the maximum number of participants, registration may be restricted.
All fees on this Website are expressed in Lei (RON) and/or Euro.
To register for events and/or individual and group sessions listed on the Website, the Client must complete the registration form and add the desired number of tickets to the shopping cart. Registration is complete only upon payment, using one of the payment methods indicated on the Website. Registration will not be confirmed if the form is incomplete or the payment is not made.
The individual or legal entity making the registration agrees that the information provided is correct, complete, and truthful at the time of registration.
PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. may cancel a registration without obligation to either party or the possibility for either party to claim damages in the following cases:

This Website offers the following payment methods for events and individual and/or group sessions:
Invoice and Payment
The participation fee covers access to all sessions included in the event package.
Payment must be made before the event, respecting the deadlines specified for each event. A tax invoice will be issued and sent by email once payment is confirmed.
For online card payments, the invoice is automatically generated and sent by email within seconds after the payment is successfully processed. The spot is reserved only after the payment is made and confirmed.
The ticket is personal, non-transferable, and has a unique identification number. Only the person to whom the ticket is issued may attend the event.
This Website and its Administrator do not ask users/clients for sensitive personal data, confidential information, bank accounts/cards, or passwords via any communication channel.
The user/client assumes full responsibility for disclosing such personal and sensitive data or confidential information to any third party.
PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. is not responsible for any harm caused by a third party claiming to represent or have the interests of www.alexandratanasie.com / PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L.
The user/client must inform the Administrator of such attempts by using the contact information available in the Privacy Policy or on the Website. PSYCHESOMAHEALING S.R.L. does not promote spam.
